Hire By Post
How long is the hire period?
Our hire period is 4 days in total. Your dress will arrive on or before your first hire date.
When and how do i return my dress?
You must lodge your return at the post office by the final day of your hire period.
Place the dress in the provided Express Post return satchel and hand it over the counter at your nearest post office.
What if my dress arrives early?
If your dress arrives early, that’s completely fine.
Your 4-day hire period still starts from your selected hire date.
What if my dress arrives late?
If your dress is delayed by Australia Post, contact us as soon as possible.
As shipping delays are outside our control, refunds are not guaranteed, but we will work with you to find the best possible solution, including store credit or a replacement dress where available.
What dates can i come try on?
We are very flexible with our Try-Ons and will accommodate to you the best we can.
Studio try-ons: Fill out our Studio Try-Ons form for a private booking. We are very flexible with out availability and do our best to get you in on your preferred date. BOOK HERE.

Can someone else come collect my hire?
Yes, someone else may collect your hire on your behalf.
Please ensure they provide your full name and order number at pickup.
Is there a fee for try-ons?
Try-ons are free of charge.
We simply ask that you arrive on time and treat the garments with care.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support.
Can I try on dresses if I have makeup or fake tan on?
To protect the garments, we ask that you avoid wearing heavy makeup, fake tan, or body oils during your try-on appointment.
Can I reserve a dress after trying it on?
Absolutely.
If you love a dress, you can book your hire dates immediately online or at the studio to secure it.
When will my dress be posted?
Your dress is sent via Express Post to ensure it arrives on or before the first day of your hire period.
Dispatch timing depends on your location and hire dates.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
We recommend being home, as some parcels may require a signature.
If you miss delivery, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to your nearest post office, where you can collect it safely.
What happens if I miss delivery?
If you're not home, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
This will not delay your hire you can collect it as soon as you receive the notification.
What if my dress arrives late?
If your dress is delayed due to Australia Post, contact us immediately.
While postal delays are outside our control, we will always work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as store credit or an alternative hire where possible.
How do I return my dress by post?
Place your dress in the provided Express Post return satchel and lodge it over the counter at any post office.
This ensures a scan time and proof that you returned it on time.
Do you offer Australia-wide postage?
Yes we ship Australia-wide using Express Post for fast and reliable delivery.
