Australia-Wide Express Shipping Only
At Quinta Collective, all dress hires are shipped exclusively within Australia using Australia Post Express to ensure fast, reliable delivery for your event.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Method
- All orders are sent via Australia Post Express
- Express shipping is used for both delivery and returns
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
Dispatch Time
- Orders are dispatched in line with your selected hire dates
- We carefully schedule shipments to ensure your dress arrives before your event date
- Dispatch occurs on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Delivery Timeframes
Australia Post Express typically delivers:
- Next business day to most metropolitan areas
- 1–2 business days for regional areas
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:
- Regional or remote locations
- Peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales events)
- Circumstances outside our control (weather, carrier delays)
Important Delivery Information
- Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout
- Quinta Collective is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries
- Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is subject to Australia Post
Late or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed:
- Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with tracking
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Quinta Collective is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, but we will always do our best to help resolve issues promptly
Returns
- Return instructions are included with your order
- All dresses must be lodged for return by the final day of your hire period
- Late returns may incur late fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions
